Avocado Dill Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados

  • 2 lemons

  • 1 bundle dill

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocados in half. Remove the pit carefully. Scoop out the avocado and add to a small blender.

  2. Squeeze the juice from 2 lemons into the blender.

  3. Add the dill (as much as you like. I add a lot because I love dill)

  4. Add the salt and pepper.

  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  6. If you want the texture more thin add cold water 1/4 at a time.

NOTE: Can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for 3 days.
