Banana Blueberry Quinoa Bites

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 ½ cups cooked quinoa 

  • ½ cup rolled Oats

  • 1 banana 

  • ½ cup blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 and line a Baking Tray with Parchment Paper

  2. Add the quinoa and oats to a Large Bowl.

  3. Mash the banana and add this to the bowl.

  4. Add Blueberries

  5. Mix all ingredients together before rolling into approximately 20-25 balls.

  6. Place them on the tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

  7. Cool before eating.
