Banana Blueberry Quinoa Bites
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cups cooked quinoa
½ cup rolled Oats
1 banana
½ cup blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pre-heat oven to 350 and line a Baking Tray with Parchment Paper.
Add the quinoa and oats to a Large Bowl.
Mash the banana and add this to the bowl.
Add Blueberries
Mix all ingredients together before rolling into approximately 20-25 balls.
Place them on the tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Cool before eating.
