Banana Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 medium ripe bananas

  • 2 Tbsp Flax “Eggs” (we use this brand - click here)

  • ½ Cup Nut Milk (we make our own cashew milk, which I will be sharing with you soon)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1.5 cups old fashioned rolled oats

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together.

  2. Then, place in a pan, flipping periodically until golden and fluffy.

We top with date syrup and fresh blueberries. Walnuts are an optional topping.
