Banana Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
2 medium ripe bananas
2 Tbsp Flax “Eggs” (we use this brand - click here)
½ Cup Nut Milk (we make our own cashew milk, which I will be sharing with you soon)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 cups old fashioned rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend all of the ingredients together.
Then, place in a pan, flipping periodically until golden and fluffy.
We top with date syrup and fresh blueberries. Walnuts are an optional topping.
