Beet Hummus
INGREDIENTS:
1 15- ounce can Garbanzo Beans drained and rinsed
1 small roasted beet (we love golden beets)
½ teaspoon of salt
Couple splashes of lemon juice
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Roast the beets
In a food processor or Blender, add garbanzo beans, roasted beet (once it has cooled down),
Add in garlic powder, lemon juice, and salt
