Beet Hummus

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 15- ounce can Garbanzo Beans drained and rinsed

  • 1 small roasted beet (we love golden beets)

  • ½ teaspoon of salt 

  • Couple splashes of lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Roast the beets

  2. In a food processor or Blender, add garbanzo beans, roasted beet (once it has cooled down), 

  3. Add in garlic powder, lemon juice, and salt
