Lemon Pasta Sauce

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 ¼ cups Raw Cashews  

  • 1 teaspoon Nutritional Yeast  

  • ½ cup cashew milk 

  • Zest of one lemon

  • 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic 

  • Black pepper to taste 

Blend until smooth in Vitamix and add to gluten free pasta noodles.
