French Toast
Ingredients:
10 tbsp chickpea or oat flour
1,5 cup plant milk (I like Malk for these)
3 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp maple syrup or coconut nectar
Butter for cooking
10 slices gf bread
optional: pinch of cardamom
Toppings: Blueberry jam or compote and vegan butter
Instructions:
Mix milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple.
Batter bread completely.
Fry bread in pan on each side until golden brown.
Serve with jam and butter.
