French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 10 tbsp chickpea or oat flour

  • 1,5 cup plant milk (I like Malk for these)

  • 3 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or coconut nectar

  • Butter for cooking

  • 10 slices gf bread

  • optional: pinch of cardamom

  • Toppings: Blueberry jam or compote and vegan butter

Instructions:

  1. Mix milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple.

  2. Batter bread completely.

  3. Fry bread in pan on each side until golden brown.

  4. Serve with jam and butter.
