French Toast
Ingredients:
- 10 tbsp chickpea or oat flour 
- 1,5 cup plant milk (I like Malk for these) 
- 3 tsp vanilla 
- 1 tsp cinnamon 
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or coconut nectar 
- Butter for cooking 
- 10 slices gf bread 
- optional: pinch of cardamom 
- Toppings: Blueberry jam or compote and vegan butter 
Instructions:
- Mix milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple. 
- Batter bread completely. 
- Fry bread in pan on each side until golden brown. 
- Serve with jam and butter.
