Gravy

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 2 large, or 3 medium size golden russet potatoes

  • One onion 

  • One 8 oz package of mushrooms

  • 2 teaspoons of minced garlic

  • 2 tablespoons of Liquid Aminos 


INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Either roast or boil the potatoes 

  2. Saute one onion 

  3. Once the onions are complete, then add an 8 oz package of mushrooms

  4. Then add to the mixture, 2 teaspoons of minced garlic

  5. Then add 2 tablespoons of liquid aminos 

  6. Combine the potatoes and onion and mushroom mixture

  7. Blend all together

  8. Add black pepper to taste 

We serve over cauliflower gnocchi, which we also saute in a pan.
