Green Healing Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach leaves

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts

  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled

  • 1 tablespoon coconut nectar

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1 tsp lucuma (this is optional - I love superfoods and lucuma helps restore the muscle tissue in the body, good after a workout)

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to high speed blender. I use the Vitamix for this.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more coconut water if necessary to reach your desired consistency.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more nectar if needed.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing Green Healing Smoothie.
