Homemade Walnut Milk

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS: 

OPTION: If you’re in a hurry, boil the walnuts for 10 minutes to soften them, otherwise soak them overnight for at least 8 hours. 

  1. Strain/ rinse soaked (or boiled) walnuts. 

  2. Place strained walnuts in blender

  3. Add filtered water and dates 

  4. Blend on high for 1 minute until smooth.

  5. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for 3-4 days
