Overnight Muesli
Ingredients:
1 large apple, shredded
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (get gluten-free if you want)
2 tbsp chia seeds
2-3 tbsp toasted nuts of your choice
1/4 cup seeds like hemp, sunflower, pumpkin.
1 cup plant milk of your choice (oat, almond, soy etc.)
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons maple syrup or chopped dates
1 tsp vanilla powder or extract
Instructions:
Mix everything together in a bowl.
Stir well and cover.
Set in fridge overnight.
Enjoy with granola and some berries.
