Overnight Muesli

Ingredients:

  • 1 large apple, shredded

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (get gluten-free if you want)

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2-3 tbsp toasted nuts of your choice

  • 1/4 cup seeds like hemp, sunflower, pumpkin.

  • 1 cup plant milk of your choice (oat, almond, soy etc.)

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or chopped dates

  • 1 tsp vanilla powder or extract

Instructions:

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl.

  2. Stir well and cover.

  3. Set in fridge overnight.

  4. Enjoy with granola and some berries.
