Skinny peach

Ingredients:

• 2 medium Pearson Farm Peaches (NORDIC15 gives 15% off)

• White liquor of your choice

• Ice cubes

• Sparkeling water

• Basil or any herb you like

Instructions:

1. Find a perfect glass. It has to be pretty and elegant.

2. Add ice and pour your chosen white liquor over it. One shot is all you need.

3. Slice the peaches and add to the glass. With a spoon mash the peaches in the glass with the icecubes.

4. Pour sparkeling water in the glass and add your basil leaves.

5. Stir and enjoy cold.
