Superfood smoothie

Ingredients:

Base:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup berries

  • 1-2 cups water, coconut water or plant milk

Pick 3-5 add ins (1/4 cup each):

  • hemp hearts

  • raisins

  • dried fruits

  • cacao nips

  • almond butter

  • chia seeds

  • flax seeds

  • coconut

Pick 2-3 superfood powders (1/2 tsp each):

  • ginger powder

  • lucuma

  • baobab

  • cacao

  • gingseng

Instructions:

  1. Add the base to blender.

  2. Add your add ins and blend.

  3. Add your superfood powders and blend well.

  4. Serve cold.
