Superfood smoothie
Ingredients:
Base:
1 banana
1 cup berries
1-2 cups water, coconut water or plant milk
Pick 3-5 add ins (1/4 cup each):
hemp hearts
raisins
dried fruits
cacao nips
almond butter
chia seeds
flax seeds
coconut
Pick 2-3 superfood powders (1/2 tsp each):
ginger powder
lucuma
baobab
cacao
gingseng
Instructions:
Add the base to blender.
Add your add ins and blend.
Add your superfood powders and blend well.
Serve cold.
