Superfood Raw Ball

Ingredients:

Base:

handful dates
handful nuts (walnut & pistaccios are my favorite)
handful oats

Pick 3-5 add ins (1/4 cup each):

  • hemp hearts

  • raisins

  • dried fruits

  • cacao nips

  • almond butter

  • chia seeds

  • flax seeds

  • coconut

Pick 2-3 superfood powders (1/2 tsp each):

  • ginger powder

  • lucuma

  • baobab

  • cacao

  • gingseng

Instructions:

  1. Add the base to food processor. Blend until nice and sticky.

  2. Add your add ins and blend.

  3. Add your superfood powders

  4. Rolls the raw balls if you’d like and store them in the fridge in an airtight container.

    Note: The raw balls in the photo are rolled in hemp hearts, blue spirulina, pitaya powder, cacao powder and chia seeds.
