Cauliflower Puree

Ingredients

  •  1 heads cauliflower

  •  2 Tbsp vegan butter

  •  2 cloves garlic

  •  1 tsp sea salt 

  •  pinch black pepper

  •  1/4 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Cut cauliflower into even florets and boil for about 15-20 minutes until tender

  2. Remove from heat and set aside uncovered to cool slightly.

  3. Sauté the garlic in the vegan butter in a small pan. Set aside.

  4. 3. With an immersion blender blend cauliflower, milk, and garlic mix until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
