Cauliflower Puree
Ingredients
1 heads cauliflower
2 Tbsp vegan butter
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp sea salt
pinch black pepper
1/4 cup almond milk
Instructions
Cut cauliflower into even florets and boil for about 15-20 minutes until tender
Remove from heat and set aside uncovered to cool slightly.
Sauté the garlic in the vegan butter in a small pan. Set aside.
3. With an immersion blender blend cauliflower, milk, and garlic mix until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
