Chickpea Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1 13 oz can drained Chickpeas 

  • ½ cup Almond Butter

  • ⅓ cup Maple Syrup

  • 1 cup Plant Milk

  • ½ cup Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder

  • ⅓ cup Oat Flour

  • ½ tsp Baking Powder

  • ½ tsp Baking Soda

  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon

  • 2 tsp Vanilla Powder

  • Optional: stir in chocolate chunks and power with matcha

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.

  2. Transfer the batter onto a greased baking dish.

  3. Bake @ 350F for 25-30 minutes.

  4. Let the blondies cool completely to room temp before eating.

  5. We recommend keeping them in the fridge or freezer.
