Chickpea Blondies
Ingredients
1 13 oz can drained Chickpeas
½ cup Almond Butter
⅓ cup Maple Syrup
1 cup Plant Milk
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Vanilla Powder
Optional: stir in chocolate chunks and power with matcha
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Transfer the batter onto a greased baking dish.
Bake @ 350F for 25-30 minutes.
Let the blondies cool completely to room temp before eating.
We recommend keeping them in the fridge or freezer.
