Power Cookie Dough
Instructions
Add the dates, almond butter and vanilla extract to a food processor jar and pulse to obtain a puree.
Add the chickpeas, almond flour, oat flour and baking powder. Process again to obtain a thick, smooth and creamy batter.
Transfer the cookie dough into a bowl, add chopped chocolate and mix with a spoon.
Can be eaten immediately or after refrigeration for a harder consistency.
Optional to add protein powder of your choice.
Can be baked @ 350F for 10-12 minutes for an insanely delicious cookie.
