Peachy Cream Popsicles
Makes 8 popsiclesIngredients:
Peach layer:
2 medium Pearson Farm Peaches3 tbsp plant milk2 tbsp maple syrup
Cream layer:
3 tbsp coconut cream1/2 cup plant milk2 tbsp maple syrup1 tbsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract
Instructions:
Add all the peach layer ingredients to a blender. Blend well.
Pour the peach layer filling into the silicone popsicle mold.
Freeze layer while making the cream layer.
Add all the cream layer ingredients to clean blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour over the chilled peach layer in the popsicle mold.
Freeze for 6 hours and enjoy outside on a nice summer day.
