Protein Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
1 pack Silken Tofu
1/4 cup Soy Milk
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 tsp Camu Camu
2 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsp cacao powder
1 cup dark chocolate, melted
A pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add mixture to a bowl and set it in the fridge.
Remove from fridge after 20-30 minutes or when you want to enjoy it.
Top with your choice of topping. I added fresh fruits and superfood seeds.
Will stay good in an airtight container for 3-4 days in fridge.
