Nut-Free Caramel Bars
Ingredients:
Caramel:
25 fresh dates
1 cup of tahini
1 1/2 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of coconut sugar
Chocolate Layer:
1/2 cup of coconut oil
1/2 cup of cocoa butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
In a food processor, blend dates, tahini, salt and coconut sugar until smooth.
Line a 20 x 20 cm cake pan with parchment paper.
Fill with caramel
Put in freezer until it has set
